The challenge
RT Olson Plumbing, a family-owned plumbing, heating and air company in Corona, CA, needed more calls. Their Google Ads and Meta Ads were running, but they weren’t built around the one thing that mattered to the business: getting the phone to ring and getting estimate requests through the website.
The strategy
We revamped both ad platforms and gave every campaign one clear destination:
- Google Search: rebuilt the account around new, clearly defined ad groups for the services people actually search for.
- Meta Ads: split into two campaigns with separate objectives, one for phone calls and one for form fills.
- Landing page: a dedicated campaign page at call.rtolsonplumbing.com, built to convert ad traffic.
Google Ads
The revamp introduced defined Google Search ad groups, supported by service snippets and sitelinks that put RT Olson’s plumbing services, service areas and free-estimate offer right in the ad.

Meta Ads
We ran two Meta campaigns side by side, each with its own objective: a Phone Calls campaign focused on direct calls, and a Form Fill campaign focused on website inquiries. Both were built around a clear, easy-to-act-on offer: $83 drain clearing.

The landing page
Instead of sending ad clicks to the homepage, we built a dedicated landing page with a visible phone number and an estimate form above the fold, giving every visitor two fast ways to respond.

30-day results
Over 30 days, the campaigns produced 138 recorded calls and inquiries:
- Meta Ads: 77 (54 phone calls and 23 website inquiries)
- Google Ads: 61 (47 phone calls and 14 form fills)
Figures are 30-day platform totals; counts may include repeat contacts.
The takeaway
Better campaigns only pay off when the click has somewhere good to go. Connecting the Google and Meta revamp to a landing page built for calls and inquiries turned paid media into a steady source of phone calls and estimate requests.
